1. Introduction
These terms govern the use of the EfficientPDF web application ("Service"). The Service is operated by Petr Dobiáš, Czech Republic ("Operator").
Note: The Service is currently in a beta testing phase for project validation. User limits may apply.
By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
The Service allows automated extraction of data from PDF documents into CSV format using artificial intelligence. Registration is required for full use. Users are responsible for securing their login credentials.
3. Credits and Payments
- Document processing is charged via credits. Credits can be purchased in packages.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe. The Operator does not have access to your credit card details.
- Credits are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the Service, there is no right to a refund for already processed transactions or partially used packages.
4. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)
- We do not store your files. Uploaded PDFs are processed in RAM and permanently deleted immediately after data extraction.
- We do not train proprietary AI models on your private data.
- We only store your email address for login and credit management purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". While we use cutting-edge technology, AI can make mistakes. You agree to the following:
- Verification: The user is obligated to verify the accuracy and completeness of the extracted data before using it for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.
- Disclaimer of Damages: The Operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service or errors in the extracted data.
